A clearer record of each injection

Keep dates, prescribed doses, and injection sites together, so there is less to reconstruct from memory.

Give each record the details it needs

A date on a calendar can tell you that something happened, but leave the details behind. When recording an injection in myMON, include the medication, the dose prescribed for that date, and the site used. Keeping those details together gives a future check-in a clear starting point, without searching through messages or trying to remember what a short note meant.

Separate a reminder from a record

A reminder helps you remember a plan. A saved entry describes something that happened. Before adding a past injection, check the date and details you actually know. If part of the history is uncertain, keep that uncertainty in mind when reviewing it instead of filling a gap with a guess. A useful record can still have gaps.

Keep the routine manageable

Choose a moment that fits your day to review your entries. It might be when you are already checking your calendar or opening the app. Mumi gives your reminders a friendly face, while myMON keeps your records in one place. The aim is a routine you can return to, including after a busy week.

Use the history to ask clearer questions

Before your next visit, look through your injection history alongside any symptom observations you have recorded. Note the dates you want to discuss and anything you could not confidently reconstruct. You can open those entries during the conversation. Discuss medication decisions with your prescriber; your history helps you explain what you remember and what you recorded.

myMON is a tracking companion. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your clinician’s prescription. Medication names belong to their respective owners.
